These Terms of Service explain how customers may use ForexHost NG managed Windows VPS services.

Service Description

ForexHost NG provides managed Windows VPS hosting, Remote Desktop access, and related technical setup support for compatible applications.

VPS Hosting Only

ForexHost NG provides VPS hosting infrastructure and technical support only. We do not provide brokerage services, trading signals, investment advice, trade execution, or other financial services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their applications, third-party accounts, software licences, passwords, configurations, data, and account security.

Payments and Renewals

Customers are responsible for paying the correct service fees and renewing their VPS subscription before expiry to avoid suspension.

VPS Provisioning and Access

After payment confirmation and setup, ForexHost NG may provide VPS access details such as IP address, username, password, and expiry date.

Suspension or Termination

ForexHost NG may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, prohibited activities, or violation of these terms.

Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use the VPS for illegal activity, spam, malware, phishing, hacking attempts, crypto mining, torrenting, or activities that abuse server resources.

Support Scope

Support may include VPS access guidance, compatible Windows application setup assistance, Remote Desktop assistance, and renewal follow-up. Customers remain responsible for third-party applications and accounts.

Limitation of Liability

ForexHost NG is not responsible for losses arising from third-party software, external services, customer configuration, customer device problems, internet services outside the VPS environment, or misuse of VPS access.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
